Brookside Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team providing rehabilitation services under our State of Colorado Department of Corrections contract.

This is a unique opportunity to practice in a consistent, well-supported clinical environment while earning up to $140,000 annually. What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services

  • Educate patients on recovery, wellness, and injury prevention

  • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare providers

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

  • Current Colorado Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
